In this role, you have the opportunity to
Build, maintain and rollout the Manufacturing Systems strategy and improvement programs driving integration projects, M&A activities, and overseeing transfer projects.
You are responsible for:
Developing the overall manufacturing Systems strategy and implementing it throughout the Systems Factories, together with the Head of Manufacturing Systems.
Executing project & transformation management, raising when appropriate and managing and anticipating on risks and road-blocks.
Leading and cooperating with cross-functional groups on strategic projects, ownership of strategic critical metrics.
Prioritizing and driving performance improvements that will have the biggest overall impact on the business results and towards customers.
Building and implementing the cross functional programs by choosing the ways of working and adequate tools to deploy.
Ensuring engagement through the Integrated Supply Chain & business partners to guarantee strategic partners are onboard.
Owning and working towards SPOR financial targets.
Working closely with key strategic partners and senior executives in business, markets and functions to drive performance and impact.
You are a part of
The global manufacturing system team and will report to the Head of Manufacturing Systems and work closely together with the Plant managers and the cross-functional teams. As we value diversity, we have a multi-functional and diverse team and a lot of resources to support you.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Masters degree or MBA in Operations/Supply Chain or a related field.
At least 15 years of meaningful working experience in manufacturing leadership in an internationally operating company in a global role.
You are an expert in business process improvements; handling large projects/programs in complex cross-functional organizations and/or environments.
Track record in project management, experience in manufacturing preferred. The ability to analyze key financial and business/factory critical metrics from a Leader's perspective.
Shown ability to inspire your team and be comfortable in a continuous changing environment.
Driven by results and continuous improvement.
You are able to build collaborative relationships with partners (focus on customer orientation).
Relevant training, experience and certification in Continuous Improvement practices such as Lean/ Six Sigma highly preferred.
