We position Philips as an Operational Decision Support solution provider, driving operational efficiency, playing in to the Quadruple Aim (improve -patient outcome, patient happiness, staff satisfaction, and lower costs).
You are responsible for
Project management of the implementation-trajectory of operational decision support solutions in hospitals
Managing Philips project team, and facilitating the change management process the customer requires to realize successful adoption of the solution
Maintaining the relationship with the customer to full customer satisfaction (including identifying upsell possibilities)
Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders in the markets, businesses, ventures, and external stakeholders to secure a smooth implementation trajectory
Support the optimization of the solution in line with the KPI’s agreed with the customer
You are a part of
The Trace-IT organization within Professional Services and Solution Delivery in Global Services. In this role you will report both to the Head of Trace-IT and frequently to the Commercial Lead of Trace-IT. Trace-IT is a small but impactful organization focused on allowing to opt and learn from roles and responsibilities beyond your primary role.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master Degree Engineering / Business Management
Knowledge of hardware and software integration and hospital information systems
Managing / Leading Teams
Native speaking German, English and preferably Dutch
Senior project management experience
Customer facing role preferably knowledgeable in healthcare domain
