The Senior Business Performance Manager IGT-S Service & Solutions (Image Guided Therapy) has the opportunity to drive business performance by linking financial performance with the commercial - and operational execution and deployment within the Business Group and markets. In doing so the Business Performance Manager is the key contributor behind the profitability, productivity and the reporting of the actual operational result.

You are responsible for

  • Provides and analyzes key performance data to develop and support actionable strategies and planning to structurally improve the financial performance of the BG/Market

  • Is the financial business partner linking productivity-/marketing programs to forecasting and operational realization, from an E2E perspective

  • In close interaction with Markets as part of the Business Development team: drive and support benchmarking, analyzing and identifying improvement areas and reducing variation against the norm/targets as part of the performance mngt cadence (MPR, QPR, AOP)

  • Provides ad hoc support to the IGT Services & solutions MT with financial performance related business cases and reporting’s. You are a part of

You will report into the Sr Director IGT-S Marketing and BMC for Services & Solution, and are part of both the IGT CS marketing team, as well as the IGT Finance & Accounting organization.

In the marketing team you will work closely with Product Marketing managers, Program – and Productivity Managers, modality performance managers and Business Development Managers.

Both the marketing and Finance & Accounting organization operate in an open atmosphere and is characterized by a “self-starting” mentality and creating your own focus areas after consulting with the various stakeholders.

The work location is Best, The Netherlands.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master degree in a Business Economics, Finance and/or Accounting orientated study

  • Min. 6 year of experience as controller or FP&A analyst

  • Proven track record in a multinational, preferably in the Healthcare industry and/or in Services and Solutions businesses

  • Excellent analytical skills, and ability to translate financial performance in improvement programs.

  • Team-player, Self-starting, persistent, result driven, "Can-do-Will-do" mentality

  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
