In this role, you have the opportunity to
Shape the practically endless possibilities for the future of minimally invasive procedures through image guided therapy.
You are responsible for
Managing a multidisciplinary product process group and team to execute maintenance activities according the processes for Quality Maintenance Control, type number control and engineering change for the computing platform
Sustaining a group of released computing platform products during the production and service life cycle
Maintaining the design history file and device master record, in order to enable product maintenance, to be protected against liabilities and comply with external regulations.
Solving availability and product quality issues in cooperation with customer service, manufacturing and supply chain in order to ensure that:
Products and spare parts can be manufactured and serviced until their End-of-Life date.
The quality of released products in the supply chain and installed base is maintained and improved and re-occurrence of problems is prevented.
To realize the agreed deliverables, product quality, timing within the maintenance budget.
To analyze quality data information from the installed base, manufacturing, suppliers and customers for the product group the PPG Lead is assigned to. To define preventive measures from this analysis and executes these to assure the quality of delivered and installed products meet the relevant Component Teams BBS targets.

Within the R&D department of IGT Best, the Image Chain Cluster has a simple and ambitious goal, to make the best Image Chain in the world. This includes X-Ray, imaging data processing, data & video networking and display functionality. This role will specially focus on PC’s and video/Data networking. Involved parts are custom specific developed by (international) partners, or just COTS products.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor or Master degree in Technical domain, Electrical Engineering preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years relevant working experience
Experience with development in volume production and maintenance of released products
Drive for Quality, familiar with Q-systems and standards
Process and Conceptual thinker with experience in 8D problem solving
Green Belt / Black Belt; DAIMC thinking (pre)
Influencing skills, team player, networking skills, negotiation skills
Result oriented and self-steering with a problem solving attitude
Ability to work independently and to act pro-actively
Team player, who leads by example and feels responsibility also beyond his own role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (at all levels in the organization)
Able to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Fluent in English
