You are responsible for

  • Integrally managing development and launch programs for Magnetic Resonance Imaging on a system level

  • Leading a global cross-functional global program team comprising hardware, software, clinical, quality, service, procurement, operations and marketing

  • Drive quality by design

  • Manage time, budget and scope for the program integrally and via project managers for parts of the program

  • Drive the program execution via integral decision based planning and daily management

  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and quality after launch and continuously improve during the monitoring phase

You are a part of

You are part of the team of program managers in the Business Program Office in Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Best, The Netherlands. As Senior Program Manager Magnetic Resonance Imaging you execute Product Development and Launch programs for new, top of the bill Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems like the “Ingenia Ambition 1.5T”. With the combination of your technical understanding as well as your business skills you can connect both worlds and impact millions of lives globally by delivering these technically highly complex MR systems.

You will be end-to-end responsible for the program management and launch of the system. You are acting via a cross-functional core team and project managers for parts of the program. With your quality mindset you ensure that your system is designed to the highest quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • An engineering or science university degree

  • At least 3 years of demonstrated project or program experience (having a PMP certification would be a plus)

  • Experience in an international business environment

  • Great communication skills and the ability to engage and lead cross-functional teams

  • Having a Green Belt or Black belt would be a plus (Design for Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma or Design for Reliability)

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
