The Senior Customer Services Program manager New product Introduction & Installed Base (NPI & IB) will drive and enable timely creation and execution of the IGT Customer Service portfolio & roadmap. The focus is on the decomposition and programming of the NPI & IB CS product roadmap in close cooperation with a.o. R&D, PMO, the CS Product Marketing manager, productivity and subject matter experts.

This role will also guide stakeholders (like product owners and architects) in the translation of the CS roadmap into system and enterprise architecture, system features and interfaces, solutions delivery process improvements and other E2E deliverables. Driving timely solution implementation is also part of the responsibility.

The Senior CS Program manager NPI & IB has both deep business as well as broad technological knowledge, combined with cross-functional process and project expertise.

You are responsible for

  • Owns and executes according the CS roadmap the decomposition of service product propositions and objectives into tangible programmable features and items.

  • Programs the roadmap (decomposition) across the value chain with functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely realization according to NPDL(S) milestones

  • Ensure aligned value chain readiness to drive successful execution of NPDL(S)

  • Plans for the CS propositions introduction through the creation of multi-year Customer Services roadmap together with the Product marketing manager.

  • Research, identify, and recommend industry best practice technologies and tools which support new services business opportunities

  • Collaborate with the complete value chain (across BIU) to identify business problems and opportunities and propose solutions

In the team you will work with Product Managers, Program Managers, Field/Market Managers and productivity managers. The team operates in an open atmosphere and is characterized by a “self-starting” mentality and creating your own focus areas after consulting with the various stakeholders. The work location is Best, The Netherlands.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Preferably a Master’s degree

  • 5+ years in a programming role.

  • Proven track record in a multinational, preferably in the Healthcare industry and/or in Customer Services

  • Team-player, Self-starting, persistent, result driven, "Can-do-Will-do" mentality and creative

  • Product & service launch (NPI) experience.

  • Expertise in project management, program management

  • Ability to synthesize roadmap and portfolio dynamics; comfortable with making tradeoffs.

  • Strong communication, influencing skills, stakeholder management and ability to lead an organization to develop market leading products/solutions.

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
