The Senior Product Manager Implementation Services is the pivotal marketing role that drives the creation of service solutions from idea to market. You are accountable for defining, launching and building profitable services & solutions that innovate and extend to our current portfolio.

As Sr Product Manager Implementation Services, you will drive the definition, requirements, development and introduction of Implementation Services. Implementation Services is a value space that is intended to support our customers in a.o. securing confident and intuitive decision making via advanced visualization (AR/VR based room planning and design).
By working in close alignment with customers, markets and internal stakeholders, you will strive to continuously improve our integral offerings.
Owns the IGT-S Implementation Services roadmap
Defines the value proposition based on market- and customer insights, including supporting claims, pricing strategy, offer design, target customers and markets.
Drives the development and delivery of new propositions in cooperation with key customers, markets and internal stakeholders (esp. Executives, Marcom, Customer Service, Clinical Specialist, Regulatory Affairs and R&D)
Ensures that service proposition plans are integrated with planning of other disciplines, like R&D, Manufacturing
Define the launch- and channel strategy, and drive the global execution in collaboration with the local markets.
Work with Field Marketing to enable the market sales teams (e.g., conduct presentations ahead of new product/solution/services launch)

You will work in a highly motivated team with team members and markets across the globe. In the marketing team you will work with other Product Managers, Business Development Managers and program managers. The team operates in an open atmosphere and is characterized by a “self-starting” mentality and creating your own focus areas after consulting with the various stakeholders. The work location is Best, The Netherlands.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Education & Experience
Master degree in Business Economics, Marketing or related fields.
At least 8 years of experience in an international business environment in marketing or product management; ideally in a high tech environment or Healthcare industry
Experience and affinity with AR/VR
Preference for proven track record within B2B environment
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets.
Highly entrepreneurial and eager with a natural affinity for healthcare business, and a market and customer driven approach to product creation
Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
Broad interests that allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others.
Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks
