The Senior Product Manager Connected Services is the pivotal marketing role for Customer Service (CS) IGT and drives the creation of service solutions from idea to market. You’re accountable for defining, launching and building profitable connected service solutions that innovate and extend to our current service portfolio.

As Senior Product Manager Connected Services, you will work closely with all the business functions (Marketing, Markets, Operations and R&D) and drive the creation of commercial solutions from idea to market. Examples are in the field Remote/digital enabled Services (like clinical education) through voice, chat / video and screen sharing.

You are responsible for

As Sr Product Manager Connected Services, you will drive the definition, requirements, development and introduction of winning propositions for the market of Image Guided Therapy Systems, enabling our customers to deliver the best possible patient care at optimal economical value while performing minimal invasive cardiovascular procedures. By working in close alignment with customers, markets and internal stakeholders, you will strive to continuously improve our integral offerings.

  • Owns the IGT Connected Services roadmap

  • Defines the value proposition based on market- and customer insights, including supporting claims, pricing strategy, offer design, target customers and markets.

  • Drives the development and delivery of new propositions in cooperation with key customers, markets and internal stakeholders (esp. Executives, Marcom, Customer Service, Clinical Specialist, Regulatory Affairs and R&D)

  • Ensures that service proposition plans are integrated with planning of other disciplines, like R&D, Manufacturing

  • Define the launch- and channel strategy, and drive the global execution in collaboration with the local markets.

  • Coordinate and set value-based pricing across the portfolio to ensure profitable growth

  • Work with Field Marketing to enable the market sales teams (e.g., conduct presentations ahead of new product/solution/services launch)

  • Set up post market introduction studies to gather evidence on the market performance of our products and its intended use vs business case and budget. (order intake, funnel development, price realization, sales)

You are a part of

You will work in a highly motivated team with team members and markets across the globe. In the marketing team you will work with other Product Managers, Program Managers, Performance Managers and a customer experience manager. The team operates in an open atmosphere and is characterized by a “self-starting” mentality and creating your own focus areas after consulting with the various stakeholders. The work location is Best, The Netherlands.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Education

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record.

Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in an international business environment in marketing or product management; ideally in a high tech environment or Healthcare industry

  • Experience with ‘ connected’ product development and product launches is a must.

  • Preference for proven track record with global brands in Healthcare market

  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets.

  • Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
