You will get the opportunity as Store engineer as part of the Factory Logistics organization of Philips Healthcare organization.
You are responsible for
Responsible for scrapping materials: Initiating, monitoring and follow up on scrap process.
Responsible for cycle count process of site Best and LSP (Logistic Service Provider): Oversee the entire process including monitoring and control of cycle counts within production units and LSP with respect to stock accuracy and progress according to count plan.
Responsible for analysis and solving physical and administrative stock differences and ensures that measures are taken in regard to stock accuracy and correctness.
Implementation of improvements in the field of stock control.
Key user SAP (IM/WM) for internal departments and LSP.
Responsible that stock control activities are performed according to internal guidelines and supporting with internal & external audits with respect to stock counting.
Updating procedures with regard to stock control.
You are a part of
You will be joining a team of four employees and work in the department Factory Logistics, which is responsible for warehousing and inbound transport of the medical systems factory in Best. The department is part of the Best OMM (Operations Material Management) organization.
In Best, X-ray equipment and MRI scanners (among others) are produced, distributed and installed throughout the world. You are working in a dynamic environment, where flexibility, adaptability and persistency are key. You will report to the Team lead Warehousing and Inbound.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
MBO (Vocational Study level)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational procurement, logistics and planning processes. Preferably, relevant experience in field of stock control at an international manufacturing company.
Expert in use of SAP and high proficiency level with Microsoft Excel
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills to engage with multiple teams, stakeholders and organizational levels.
Self-starting, independent, pro-active, make-it-happen mentality, able to get things done from people and remains persistent until the goal has been reached.
Able to communicate in Dutch as well as in English.
Be able to drive stock counting process.
