In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support Inventory accuracy program, Inventory reduction and Quality Management System (QMS) alignment and reporting (inventory reporting, business reporting for operations, ad hoc reporting) for the factory Best
You are responsible for:
Executing (part of) supply chain of circular equipment and or Service repair flow
Representing reverse logistics in setting up product introductions and corporate projects
Updating and maintaining QMS procedures and you are linking pin towards subject matter expert, process owners and our Q&R department
Aligning with relevant supply chain stakeholders (procurement, service, engineering, production) to secure main KPI’s (delivery performance, Inventory, supply chain costs)
Initiate, design and implement improvements to our supply chain
Reporting relevant supply chain KPI’s and executing root cause analysis to explain and prevent deviations
Setting up and running business metrics
Running business intelligence portal tool as well assessing improvements improve use of tool.
You are a part of
The reverse logistic team in our factory Best. You' ll report to the reverse logistic manager.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master’s degree required (Typically MSc Supply Chain Management)
At least 2-3 years of related experience in Supply Chain (preferable in a capital goods environment)
Familiar with inventory reporting and Business Intelligence solutions
Knowledge of SAP and MS excel/Access
Experience in executing inventory management improvement programs
You are analytical and use data to inform your decision
You are communicative team player and like to operate in a high tech and global organization
You are driven by continuous improvement in operations
You have deep knowledge of lean management and you are able to translate these aspects into day-2-day operations
Preferable knowledge of medical QMS systems and relevant ISO standards
