Philips System Integration Lead in Best, Netherlands

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the System Integration team of the digital and computational pathology (DCP) business and help change cancer diagnostics!

You are responsible for:

Your thorough understanding of System Integration and Reliability enables you to lead and inspire the team and further mature our products. You have high process affinity, drive standardization, and make no compromise to quality while improving efficiency.

  • Lead the Integration team;

  • Assist with requirements flow down from system level to sub-system, and maintaining test trace matrices;

  • Support System Architects in Critical to Quality flow down;

  • Translate Reliability targets (KPI) into actionable plans, execute plan, collect data and maintain dashboard;

  • Manage Master Integration Diagram;

  • Develop solutions to technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge. Understanding of Failure Investigations is a plus;

  • Contribute to department process improvement activities.

A team of 4 integration professionals who collaborate in an open and informal way to drive exponential business growth at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship. You will reporting into the head of Integration, validation and verification of DCP.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in an engineering discipline (preferred Mechatronics/Electronics) with 5+ years of product development experience;

  • Key understanding of troubleshooting, reliability, advanced integration skills and possesses root cause analysis expertise;

  • Knowledge of Design for Six Sigma methodology;

  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions;

  • Ability to communicate ideas and issues effectively to architects and system engineers, to project leaders and development teams and to management;

  • Strong collaboration skills to team up with Quality to support the development, maintenance, and adherence to quality systems and continuous process improvement.
