Advance product security design and development across Philips EMR Solutions by ensuring that our product design/development teams maximize economic value, design secure products, optimize product security features, performance, manufacturing costs while minimizing time to market as we bring life-saving products and services to the world, with unsurpassed quality, security and reliability.
As an Information Security Manager/Product Security for Philips, you will work collaboratively with Product Development and Engineering, Quality and Regulatory, Manufacturing/Supply Chain and Privacy teams to enable security by design to proactively address the security concerns of our healthcare customers. The role will be leading the business team in the secure software development, including life cycle management, identification of requirements and secure product design. Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence in the product. Coordinate Incident Response with the Group Security and Product Security and Business Teams.
You are responsible for:
Security Program for the Business Unit (BU) based on the Quality Management System (QMS) and Product Security Program
Understanding Quality Management Systems and how Product Security is an integral component
Customer Communication and Notification for Security
Ensure the Secure Software Development and Product life cycle
Performing Product Security Audit and Compliance activities
Reporting on Product Security BU specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Working with Quality and Regulatory on Product Security process and procedures to be established or updated in the QMS
Understand key market Regulatory Requirements
Supporting the Product and Security to drive security standards throughout the business.
Champion the importance of product security during the life cycle of products.
Developing and conducting information security training and awareness activity for product managers, program managers Quality and Regulatory and architect teams
Pre Product Launch Activity
Identify Security Risks throughout the Product Development Life Cycle
Work with Cross Functional teams to provide Security Requirements Guidance and Secure by Design Guidance based on a risk based approach.
Ensure customer security requirements are being addressed within our products.
Supporting business initiatives by providing solutions based on security best practices, regulatory and customer requirements.
Conducting Product Security Risk Assessments for BU
Supporting the development of risk mitigation and control plans for the product in the Business
Ensuring that all Static Code Analysis, Penetration testing, and Vulnerability assessments are completed in the Product verification phase
Developing Risk and Benefits Cost analysis to present to the Product/Program Manager
Supporting the development of Customer security documentation/product labeling.
Supporting the Post Launch Product Security Activity
Work with Product Managers, Program Managers, Quality and Regulatory, Field Marketing, Services and Sales teams to collaborate on Product Security topics, whitepapers, incident response and customer complaints.
Coordinate Incident Response including when applicable the Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure process with the Group Security and Product Security and Business Teams.
You are a part of:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Technical Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Biotechnology required
MBA or Master’s degree (preferred) or 10+ years of experience
CISSP Certified, and/or
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and/or
Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)
CompTIA Security + Standards Experience (e.g. ISO 27001/27007; NIST 800-53, ANSSI, TIR 57)
System engineering, architecture & design
Network and system administration
Risk management and Incident Response
Perimeter protection and intrusion detection
Penetration testing and ethical hacking
