Performs, as a skilled worker, a number of tasks in a professional way.
Determines, based upon own understanding/technical knowledge, how best to approach the task and how to solve abnormalities.
Analyses abnormalities that occur within own working area and reasons based upon technical knowledge, where the cause lies and remedies it.
Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

You are responsible for
Contribute to the development, fixes and improvements in software components;
Participate in the code review process;
Encourage the agile development mentality;
Contribute to the preparation and execution of tests;
Design and maintain technical documentation;
Follow properly the norms and standards of quality;
Search for new technologies / systems;
Assist in the planning of allocation of resources and tasks;
Have the ability to communicate with internal / external clients;
Be proactive and offer suggestions for problem solving, action and improvement;
You are a part of
You will be part of the team of agile development of cardiology solutions. Delivering systems using Delphi and SQL Server.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Great programming logic;
Solid experience with development in Delphi and SQL Server;
Knowledge of good development practices;
Experience of at least 1 year in systems analysis;
Desirable previous experience in Agile and/or Lean development methodology;
The English language is essential because the team works in global projects interacting daily with teams from other countries like United States, Holland and India;
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics or Mathematics.
