What is EMR in Philips?

Philips Tasy EMR is a comprehensive healthcare informatics solution that touches all areas of the healthcare environment, connecting the dots across clinical and non-clinical domains along the healthcare continuum. It helps you keep pace with changes and address challenges in patient care and safety, hospital management, supply, and financials.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be responsible for delivering implementation projects of Electronic Medical Record System (EMR) for hospitals, clinics, and general medical practices. The EMR system is both clinical as well as financial and stimulates efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

You are responsible for

  • Implement the TASY system (Hospital Management ERP)

  • Serving as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.

  • Execute system training

  • Instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

  • Interpreting customers’ needs and clarifying if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers.

  • Working on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis.

You are a part of

A multinational team, with an innovative and strategic project, working in leading hospitals throughout the Colombian territory.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Information technology, Biomedical Engineering or related careers.

  • 2-3 years of experience with Software implementation in hospitals

  • Knowledge of hospital routines

  • Easier to learn systems;

  • Fluent Spanish is a must, Intermediate English level is required, Portuguese domain is a plus

  • Great communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.

This role will be located in Bogotá, Colombia.
