In this role, you have the opportunity to
Responsible for triggering and controlling the execution of operational physical distribution activities of a distribution center. The ultimate goal is to deliver the goods in good quality to the customers at the right time and place within the agreed budget.
You are responsible for
Supports the resolution of exception flows: claims management (inbound/outbound), reverse logistics
Monitors and controls the physical distribution activities of a distribution center as well as liaising with related functions in the commercial, supply chain or IT organizations to improve the performance.
Report on performance and corrective actions of all service providers (daily, weekly and monthly review cycle) of all activities
Executes daily checks of interfaces between SAP/Infodis/LSP systems
Ensures stock in SAP is in line with the stock in WMS
Manages deliveries (and product flow) to and from the DC within budget and at or above agreed service levels.
Manages the relationships with the logistics counterparts at the Commercial Organization, the Logistic Service Providers and central organizations of Supply Chain in order to achieve business targets.
Project management of improvement projects/process harmonization.
Establishes a distribution infrastructure plan that meets short and medium term developments.
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree in International business / logistics or Supply Chain oriented
3 years of experience in logistics
Deep knowledge of local custom processes: Import/Export/ Reverse Logistics
Microsoft Excel (advanced)
Communicative, able to work under pressure, Analytical skills and customer oriented
