The Clinical Operations Client Partner will be a patient flow and centralized care subject matter expert with demonstrated success leading operational efficiency, throughput, and patient flow transformations at the enterprise level. The successful candidate will lead customer requirements collection and in-patient throughput assessment projects, apply his/her knowledge around patient flow and clinical operations best practices and continuous improvement to find performance improvement opportunities for the customers. They will co-ordinate a small team of subject matter experts (clinical, financial, technical etc.) through a consultative engagement to define multiyear solution propositions for customers with clear value/ROI and KPIs. They will present proposals for C-Suite approval at customers and take responsibility to ensure KPIs are achieved and value delivered and support the customer to unlock value post deployment of proposed solution.
The Clinical Operations Client Partner will also contribute his/her knowledge and learnings through client engagements to help define the clinical operations center business strategy, thought leadership, technology & clinical road maps, and solutions delivery processes.
You are responsible for
Own proposal development for improving clinical operations, throughput and patient flow to convert a validated prospect to client accepted proposal. Support development of LSP opportunities around clinical operations and throughput
Develop multi-year clinical operations proposals addressing identified KPIs to help clients improve patient throughput
Lead on-site customer needs assessment and define the formal statement of work
Execute on complex data-driven problem solving to address client’s operational, clinical and business needs
Align solution road map with customer and define solution specification (technical and commercial)
Prepare and present proposal in coordination with technology and commercial teams leading to deal closure
Ensure successful activation of activities around agreed KPIs to unlock value
Ensure mobilization of necessary technology or consulting expertise as agreed in proposal to ensure successful delivery of KPIs
Deliver and execute on client engagement with high quality with a focus on customer trust and satisfaction
Help shape clinical operations center business strategy and create thought leadership material and content for internal and external distribution (Blogs, speaking engagements)

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
15+ years’ experience in-hospital operational throughput and patient flow consulting and transformation, clinical operations workflow subject matter expert
Demonstrated success (10+ years) in developing complex performance based business cases enabled by healthcare informatics solutions and services with a proven client execution track record
RN or BSN with Hospital Operations expertise
Masters’ degree, MBA other advanced degree preferred
Strong understanding of clinical Informatics, Connected Care and Population Health offerings and services designed to support Centralized Care and/or Patient Flow
Proven ability to convert high level customer needs into defined SOWs using a consultative selling engagement
Experience in hospital business & financial operations processes and leveraging patient flow/operations simulations to optimize flow and identify KPIs
Strong executive presence and track record of C-Suite engagement
Ability to travel nationally 50%
Proven experience and ability working in matrix organizations
Impeccable oral and verbal communications and presentation skills
