Philips Assembler 3 in Bothell, Washington


In this role, you have the opportunity to be a part of a highly critical team within Philips Diagnostic Imaging in Bothell, WA.

You are responsible for:

  • Performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on complex Ultrasound Systems and/or sub-assemblies.

  • Consistently building a quality product following assembly instructions, using required tools, and following Lean practices.

  • Cross-train across several work cells as necessary.

  • Participate in Lean continuous process improvement projects.

  • Basic computer skills (Data Entry, Word, Excel).

  • Make mechanical adjustments to meet set standards. Repair mechanical and cosmetic defects.

  • Maintaining compliance with Philips policies and procedures regarding attendance, processes, behavior, and performance requirements.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of Assembly experience.

  • Previous medical device assembly experience.

  • Previous experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment.

  • Previous experience working in SAP and SWIX.

  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions.

  • Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation.

  • Understand, follow verbal and/or written instructions.
