In this role, you have the opportunity to be a part of a highly critical team within Philips Diagnostic Imaging in Bothell, WA.
You are responsible for:
Performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on complex Ultrasound Systems and/or sub-assemblies.
Consistently building a quality product following assembly instructions, using required tools, and following Lean practices.
Cross-train across several work cells as necessary.
Participate in Lean continuous process improvement projects.
Basic computer skills (Data Entry, Word, Excel).
Make mechanical adjustments to meet set standards. Repair mechanical and cosmetic defects.
Maintaining compliance with Philips policies and procedures regarding attendance, processes, behavior, and performance requirements.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of Assembly experience.
Previous medical device assembly experience.
Previous experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
Previous experience working in SAP and SWIX.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions.
Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation.
