In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Support the Business Developers and the Integrated Solutions Team (IST) by executing a standardized customer segmentation process to identify potential Long-Term Strategic Partner (LSP) target accounts. This analysis is critical to maintaining the target account portfolio and supporting proactive pursuit leadership.
You are responsible for the following:
Coordinate and implement a plan with target customers to increase awareness of organization capabilities and collect and analyze competitive intelligence
Design a standardized customer segmentation and prioritization methodology and process
Execute standardized customer segmentation and prioritization methodology and process
Provide regular updates on competitors and customers in target portfolio to IST
Provide guidance to your internal customers enabling them to make sound decisions based on solid analysis of data and provide insight regarding interpretation of data and trends (explain the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of data results)
Identify, evaluate and utilize appropriate source data to analyze target account portfolio
Evaluate and plan activities to implement automation of manual data extracts and other manual activities supporting any reporting currently supported by you
Create all required documentation on all projects, keeping documentation up to date with any existing reporting changes
Maintain and build upon existing relationships throughout Philips HealthTech in order to have the ability to establish a solid working relationship with sales, customers, technical staff, managers and peers
Maintain a One-Philips approach in all of our internal and external dealings
Act as primary source of information regarding targeted customer portfolio
Understand and document best practices in successful competitive and customer intelligence
Manage reporting activities in support of Business Capture efforts
Collect and analyze competitive intelligence as needed
Gather, validate, manage and update intelligence on target customer portfolio
Complete projects as assigned by manager and may assist with projects in other functional areas as needed
Promote Philips values and leadership goals
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Business Development, Government Affairs
Strong organizational Skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, self-motivated and self-starter
Presentation skills w/ PowerPoint, Excel, Word a must
Knowledge of Healthcare, Sales, Federal and State Government experience is a plus
