Philips Digital Marketing Manager in Bothell, Washington

Your challenge

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to build and lead winning digital strategies for our Ultrasound Business to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention. The ideal candidate is someone who is familiar with the breadth of digital channels and able to develop integrated digital campaign strategy, and drive actions with measurable impact. This position is based in the Seattle Area, Washington, USA.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cross-channel digital strategy that translates customer needs with business and marketing goals in to meaningful deliverables in order to maximize return on the company’s investment

  • Create digital marketing campaign strategy across a breadth of tactics including Search Engine Advertising, Display Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Email, Web, Nurture, Mobile marketing, and eCommerce.

  • Own our Philips Ultrasound customer web experience and optimize for conversion and engagement

  • Work with business segment marketers, digital and marketing communications teams, and local markets to develop digital campaign action plans and coordinate digital activities to attain goals

  • Partner with our digital and marketing communications colleagues and corporate brand, communications, and digital teams to support digital activation and sustainment in 17 markets around the globe

  • Develop Search Engine Optimization Strategy for our web presence and ensure all content is search engine optimized to drive top keyword rankings for key search terms

  • Understand and act on the main drivers for campaign effectiveness and Marketing ROI. Includes setting clear campaign KPIs and targets, tracking campaign impact, optimization, and providing recommended actions to drive improvement

  • Continuous improvement: Drive and share learnings across businesses and markets and replicate best practices. When appropriate, amplify successful local programs, globalizing wherever there is opportunity.

  • Be a key partner and collaborator with our Philips Digital Center of Excellence in Amsterdam through engaging in strategic projects and participating in opportunities to share digital strategy and learnings to broader Philips, globally

Your team

You will be part of an international team of digital marketing and marketing communications professionals with global responsibility, reporting to the Head of Digital and Marketing Communications for Philips Ultrasound.

We are looking for

  • 5-10 years digital marketing experience (digital marketing agency experience a plus)

  • Preferably, a B.A. / B.S. in Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing related field. MBA a plus.

  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns in the following digital channels a must: Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Advertising, Display Advertising, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Nurturing. Mobile marketing and eCommerce a plus.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of SEO best practices, hands-on experience a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in Google AdWords, AdWords certification a plus

  • Proficiency in utilizing Digital Analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics) and/or BI Tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI) to ascertain campaign insights

  • A passion for problem-solving, learning, and educating others

  • A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves, can-do attitude
