In this role, you have the opportunity to
Work cross-functionally with each of the Business Segments (Cardiology, General Imaging, Value Segment, Ultra Mobile, and Service), Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Regulatory, and Business Development. Engineers work in Electrical, Mechanical, Acoustic, Software, and Systems Engineering, with a focus on total customer solutions across a wide range of clinical applications, a diverse set of geographies, and a full range of price-performance levels for Ultrasound Systems.
You are responsible for
Preparing and implementing small reuse projects or single discipline sub-projects, in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost and staffing
Contribution to the overall project to proactively identify, prioritize, implement, transfer to manufacturing, stabilize and monitor any modifications needed to release products on an Ultrasound platform
Ensures that products meet external and internal customer quality needs, cost targets, assurance of supply, address component obsolescence and service needs
Gains agreement on achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements
Manages the scope and requirements
Holds reviews with internal stakeholders, including Ultrasound Management Team members, to review plans, strategy and actual metrics for the products he/she is responsible for
Manages the business case and is a business partner focused on maximization of the added value for the business
Manages projects ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives
Determines project risks, defines corrective action and drives the projects to closure
Determines, allocates, and directs all project resources in accordance with guidelines
Keeps abreast of developments in project management tools and processes (both internal and external)
Ensures compliance to corporate and regulatory agencies policies/rules/procedures

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience/ Preferred Skills:
BS/MS in Software, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Successful track record of project management
Great interpersonal and communication skills
2+ years of Project Management experience
Great work ethics with a passion for quality, Lean and business efficiency
PMP Certification, MBA and experience in a regulated medical device development and manufacturing environment a plus
