SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER, FIELD ACTION

The Field Action process is critical to ensuring that our products and solutions remain safe and compliant after delivery to the end customer. Your challenge is to drive Field Action compliance via cross-organizational and global oversight of activities, in support of the Philips Healthcare directive of “Zero Overdue” Field Actions. The Field Action Program Manager will focus on and enable continuous implementation of Field Actions from release to on-time completion. You will be an ambassador across the MA & TC Businesses and Markets to steer consistency and efficiency of Field Actions, embodying the Philips Behavior “Quality & Compliance Always”.

You are responsible for

  • Ownership of Field Action governance – from Action creation through on-time completion.

  • Daily Management of Field Action status and Problem Solving to meet performance expectations

  • Field Action performance reporting to Businesses and Markets.

  • Engage Business, Functional, and Market leaders to escalate and resolve issues impacting Field Action implementation.

  • Collaborate with Business, Functional, and Market leaders to ensure targets are met and identify improvement opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (advanced degree preferred)

  • 5+ years experience in project management

  • 5+ years experience leading cross functional teams

  • Familiarity with Servicing and Post-Market Surveillance Quality Element

  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred

  • The ability to influence, direct, and guide activities across organizations

  • Effective communication and interaction at multiple organizational levels, and across multiple organizations

  • Proven ability to drive change management and issue resolution
