Be a Senior Service Designer who is passionate about healthcare and can create compelling service and user experiences for a range of Oral healthcare related solutions.
You are responsible for
Lead user centered design approach including analysis, exploration, storytelling, concept design, prototyping, evaluative testing and implementation.
Translate customer needs, research findings and business requirements into compelling, efficient and highly usable designs.
Develop scenarios and service blueprints that describe end-to-end customer experience, touch points and back-end service delivery systems that embody our brand and values.
Plan and lead co-creation activities with potential partners and customers as part of analysis and design of new services.
You use appropriate and effective service development skills to articulate simplicity across services, supporting business needs, improving brand experience and increasing advocacy.
You use appropriate and effective analytical and conceptual skills to increase domain knowledge and to create meaningful and innovative solutions.
You use appropriate and effective visual design skills to articulate simplicity across interaction & interface, supporting business needs and increasing user satisfaction.
You are a part of
The Philips Design global creative force of some 400+ professionals is located in our Design studios in Europe, North America and Asia. Design is a strategic function within Philips and you would be a member of a global multi-disciplinary team inspiring each other to deliver best in class products used by dental professionals, patients, consumers and administrators. This role is a part of our Oral Healthcare business located in Bothell, WA.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Service, Industrial or Interaction Design.
You have a minimum of 3 years relevant service design experience in one or more specific business domains.
You have experience designing services that include multiple touchpoints from mobile user interfaces to in-person interactions.
You create effective and appropriate visual languages by understanding the meaning and effect of these on the brand, audience, market and culture.
You should be seen as an expert and able to influence up to the Management Team level of Business Units to achieve short- and long-term goals. Service design and for your specific competency knowledge and capability.
