Leader of Therapeutic Care Order to Fulfillment will be responsible for developing and driving a delivery strategy in support of TC business needs and customers goals, developing and delivering a strategic vision and plan that incorporates business expectations in terms of quality, delivery, growth, margin, responsiveness, cost and customer satisfaction.

This role is also accountable and responsible for implementing and executing S&OP process, making the business decisions as it relates to demand in support of revenue and AOP. Leads the interaction with markets, aggregating market forecasts and translating into a demand statement. Ensures hand shake agreements and understanding between the Integrated Supply Chain and BG. Incorporates business goals and objectives into decision making balancing revenue, profit, inventory, cash and growth objectives.
Leads the introduction of new products and product updates through implementation of PDLM process and Design for Manufacturability methods to improve conversion costs from previous product generation. Builds a strong and capable Product Industrialization team and manages costs, schedule and scope in line with AOP objectives. Initiates and conducts cost/ benefit analysis, make/buy decisions and drives capital investments required to support new products transition into factory and supplier facilities.
Establishes a culture of continuous improvement and first time right with flawless execution of new product launches and products changes focusing on Quality, Delivery and Cost.
You are a part of: Therapeutic Care Operations
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience with operational excellence (OPEX), LEAN, & Six Sigma, holding operations/supply chain leadership roles for at least 6 years
Experience of having managed a large site or multiple manufacturing sites directly
5+ years in gaining ability to rationalize/transform operation functions
10 years minimum experience in a business operational assignment with deep expertise in design and implementation of a Supply Chain and Manufacturing strategy
Bachelor degree in technology/operations or a related discipline; MBA preferred
Minimum of 8 years of direct people management
Minimum of 5 years of international experience (job with global influence)"
