Philips Territory business manager Philips Sonicare/Zoom! in Brussel (Bruxelles), Belgium


The business of Philips Oral Health Care is expanding in Belgium. Therefore we are looking for a Territory business manager Philips Sonicare/Zoom! for the region of Antwerp and Limburg (Dutch and French speaking). Starting as 9 month assignment with potential to continue your career within Philips.

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Drive and increase professional endorsement for Philips Sonicare and grow Philips Zoom! Sales in your specific region. Are you the 'Territory business manager' that knows how to focus on customers with dedication? Are you capable to engage dental professionals, utilizing your personal influencing skills in a consultative manner? Are you looking for a commercial challenging position where you will advise dental professionals on improving their patients' oral healthcare?

You are responsible for:

  • Visiting dentists and dental hygienists and advise, and discussing the Philips Oral Healthcare products; Philips Sonicare and Philips Zoom! (i.e. Whitening products);

  • Realizing (new) business growth, by focusing on acquisition and customer-oriented relation management;

  • Developing professional preference by building Trial, Personal use and Recommendation with means to develop a Dispensing and Loyalty base for Philips Oral Healthcare products;

  • Establishing the Rayon sales plan, including market segmentation and thorough contact strategy;

  • Establishing the territory business plan leading to recommendation of Philips Sonicare, including market segmentation;

  • Providing training/courses for specific target groups and organizing and/or attend local, regional and national dental trade shows and events;

  • Executing demonstrations for our Zoom! Whitening propositions to Dental professional teams.

You are a part of:

You will be part of the Oral health care team Benelux within the Personal Health department of Philips. You will report to the Manager Philips Oral Healthcare Benelux. The Dutch team consists of 12 professionals, the Belux team will consist of 4 professionals. The inside sales and service team (4 professionals) is located in Eindhoven. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor degree, with minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in e.g. Consultative Sales, Business development, Territory Business Manager;

  • Experience in Dental care/Pharmaceutics/medical is very much preferred;

  • Service and solution minded attitude and approach;

  • Outstanding prioritization capabilities and you bring excellent personal communication skills;

  • Good Influencing skills with right level of push and pull;

  • You bring business savviness, with proven track record (KPI’s, business plans, successfully and independently managing your region);

  • You have commercial mindset and know how to level with dental/oral health care professionals;

  • Excellent command of Dutch, French and English.
