Philips Quote & Tender Specialist (Bulgarian Native Speaker) in Bucharest, Romania

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

  • Implement and improve the day-to-day management of quote and tender processing and ensuring consistent supply of high quality services. You will offer your support to our commercial department in our Health Systems organization.

You are responsible for:

  • Preparing quotations and tenders for the sales force across all Business Units / Business Lines

  • Coordinating tenders across relevant department sectors

  • Creating and maintaining a total overview of all tenders

  • Setting priorities and ensuring correct and completeness of tenders within required timeframes

  • Ensuring correct and up-to-date quality documentation and coordinating timely alignment in terms of tender related issues with internal and external stakeholders

  • Coordinating and preparing quotes in dedicated tool

  • Contract Management

  • Conducting reviews with the Q&R organization and leading the implementation of improvement actions to ensure that the relevant part of the quality system meets internal requirements and the standards & regulations stipulated by applicable external bodies

You are part of Health System South organization and will be based in our office in Bucharest. You will report to the District Leader and you will closely collaborate with colleagues with multidisciplinary roles.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in Law is an advantage)

  • 3+ years’ experience in public procurement and tenders (medical devices and equipment preferred)

  • Self-driven and pro-active, with very good communication skills and customer attitude

  • Developed analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail

  • Computer literacy essential and experience in MS office applications

  • Bulgarian native and intermediate English level, verbal and written
