Philips Account Manager in Buenos Aires, Argentina


Account Manager- Pharmacy/ Drugstore Channel

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Act as single point for customers as account manager for smaller / transactional accounts in the Market, prepares and delivers on the tactical account plans for the category of Avent (Mother & Child Care)

Develops, maintains and improves relations with existing and potential customers.

You are responsible for:

  • Acts as a single point of contact for customer accounts for Philips product portfolio.

  • Prepares the tactical account plan in line with account strategy in the region and implements the sales strategy. Responsible for filling the funnel management tool.

  • Accountable for achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices and profit margin and sales forecast at a specified number of customers and accountable for managing the sales orders.

  • Contributes to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.

  • Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends.

  • Creates, together with marketing, services and supply chain teams, the optimal offers to the accounts.

  • Creates the yearly sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables.

  • Creates, together with the internal order desk, of optimal offers to the accounts.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Marketing or related careers.

  • 5 years of experience in Sales in the B2C environment, ideally working within the Pharmacy and / or Drugstore channel.

  • Advanced in excel.

Based in Buenos Aires will act as a Sales Account Manager for Philip’s Personal Health. This position will report to the Key Account Manager.
