In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Responsible for driving sales of products and services in the assigned territory. This is accomplished through development and management of the network of operationally effective and efficient Channel Partners with trained and motivated sales professionals.
You are responsible for:
Deploy strategies and tactical plans for the indirect sales channel based on customer needs synchronized with the Business Unit (BU) and district objectives.
Ensure a consistent and uniform approach towards Channel Partners across assigned territory and all BU / BL.
Define and manage distributor requirements, responsibilities and duties. Search and Selection of channel partners in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure on boarding/termination of partners is done professionally and timely.
Responsible for filling the funnel management tool (Sales force).
Ensure planning of Partner Performance Reviews and execution.
Establish and Monitor Partner Capability Development Plan execution and report progress.
Perform partner funnel management and derive partner forecast.
Developing and managing network of operationally efficient and effective Channel Partners.
Proposes and manages multiple projects for clients within own business/sales group.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor degree in Bio-medical Engineer, Business Administration, Commercial or related careers.
Relevant experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutics Industry with knowledge in distributor management.
Bilingual in English.
Oriented to Customer Insights
Globally and able to work effectively across cultures.
Strong communication skills.
Based in Argentina (Province of Buenos Aires) will act as an Indirect Channel Supervisor for Philip’s Healthsystems. This position will report to the Sales District.
