You are responsible to
Define and execute development programs in the AF and CRM domain, based on the market demands and align with R&D / Q&R and all other relevant stakeholders
Lead cross functional teams and team relationship management on program level
Lead and organize program specific review meetings between project team(s) and costumer
Team prioritizing of the complete multidisciplinary project, taking into account the roadmap, customer contracts and agreements, and assigned budget / resources
Report on project team member performance to relevant line managers
Provide operational guidance organizationally to employees who are allocated in the program
Manage Productivity Program and Product Life cycle in the entire R&D team: regulatory, quality, R&D, marketing
You are a part of
Philips EPD Solutions, a recently acquired venture with ambitious plans for growth, developing a disruptive technology, which will improve the efficiency and efficacy of life-saving cardiac ablation procedures treating among others atrial fibrillation. EPD’s technology has the potential to address the key unmet need of real-time therapy assessment, which is one of the more significant limitations of the current standard of care. We aim to help to improve outcomes for millions of people and help maintain the rapidly rising cost of managing the disease. Having obtained CE mark and 510k approval in 2018, we are preparing for a commercial product launch in Europe, US and other territories and are seeking regulatory approvals around the world. You will be reporting directly into the R&D Manager in Caesarea, Israel.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
MSc or BSc degree in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering
5+ years of proven successful medical cardiac multidisciplinary (HW, SW, Q&R) project management experience in, preferably, the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) or electro physiologic AF industry
Experience in (software based) medical devices industry
Knowledgeable about Project Management methodologies, preferably Agile and supported by formal trainings and certifications
An entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on, pragmatic attitude
Team player, with excellent communication skills and a customer centric attitude
Strong communication skills both towards the teams as to management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent organizational skills and ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
