In this role, you have the opportunity to
Make an impact on the future of image-guided therapy. You will define, coordinate, and drive research activities with a customer-centric approach that combines cutting-edge technologies into a clinical solution. This position will be located at the Philips Research North America Lab in Cambridge, MA.
You are responsible for
Designing, implementing, and testing algorithms, software and hardware prototypes
Leveraging your knowledge of imaging, image guidance in interventional and/or surgical environments including algorithms and devices.
Translating benchtop prototypes into pre-clinical and clinical use.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's with 2+ years of industry experience or Master's in Computer Science or Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Experience with algorithm design and implementation.
Image registration, segmentation and analysis required.
Experience applying deep learning networks.
Strong programming skills in Python (Keras, Tensorflow, etc.), C++/C#
Previous experience with medical imaging (e.g. interventional x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, CT).
