Brand and Communications Social Media Manager

Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Has expert level knowledge of company products and services and may be tasked with introducing new products/concepts.
Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
Key areas of responsibilities
Social Media Campaign Performance - automation and management of the Brand dashboards
Management (content calendars, monitoring, alignment with Global) of Owned Platforms Social Platforms including LI and Twitter
Events Performance – Driving number and value of engagement with customers and prospects and customers - Share of Voice
B2B/B2G activation – Driving social media marketing activation across a diverse range of social channels to generate desire/preference/interest for our brand
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Strong experience managing complex communications processes across a matrixed organization
Strong experience communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups, with proven track record in media relations beyond product PR
Excellent oral and written skills
5+ years of experience in Healthcare or Technology B2B, B2G Communications strongly preferred.
Agency management experience
Strong project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resources
Ability to lead through influence and to work effectively with senior executives
Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams located around the world
Strong ability to creatively problem solve
