Our Campus Recruiting team is looking for a high-energy, dynamic Campus Recruiter to join our team to help us hire the best and brightest students who will enable us achieve our mission to touch 3 billion lives a year by 2025!
You are responsible for (but not limited to)
Serving as a talent advisor in the college recruitment marketplace to internal customer by educating on our relationship model, sharing best practices, and articulating key timelines
Building relationships with Universities & internal customers to understand their business and hiring needs within the college recruiting space
Work with top identified student talent to position appropriate graduate opportunities and deliver superior candidate experiences
Identify top Philips interns, co-ops, and promote conversions with hiring managers into full-time positons upon graduation
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
You are a part of
The Campus Recruiting team within the Talent Acquisition organization, supporting key businesses functions and hiring managers by attracting and hiring interns, co-ops, and recent graduates from targeted disciplines in Engineering & various areas of the business. Our team interacts with a diverse group of internal customers and functions across North America, in addition to working closely with target colleges and universities to drive our brand and employer value proposition with students, faculty, and campus partners. Our team is high energy, committed to our mission, and has fun doing it!
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related discipline
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or corporate environment
Proven success partnering with Universities and college campuses to recruit specialized skill sets is highly preferred
Demonstrated account management skills, includes lead generation and candidate conversion skills.
Sourcing capabilities and creative techniques to identify potential talent
Strong time management skills, includes lead generation and candidate conversion skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems
