In this role, you have the opportunity to
You will be responsible for developing a peer/stakeholder engagement strategy (including advisory boards, forums and online / in person platforms). You will be responsible for driving thought leadership awareness and preference at audience (market segment) or C-Suite Level. You will engage and collaborate with cross-functional participants (e.g. Portfolio Marketing, Marketing Operations, IT, agencies, and freelancers) as needed to support content ideation, creation, activation and measurement requirements of the Precision Diagnosis Business Cluster. The KOL Engagement Strategy Leader will report into the Strategic Clinical Marketing Leader.
You are responsible for
Define and strength the relationship with top 20 customer for NA (North America) and ROW (rest of world) in collaboration with markets and businesses
Support CLAIM roadmap data gathering in collaboration with the business
Oversee the evidence plan outcome to make sure we deliver asset on time
Support the creation of a “community of leaders” to drive customer advocacy
Gather insight as input for future roadmap and value propositions.
Develop a peer/stakeholder engagement strategy
Drive new website community creation requirements
Responsible for the overall KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) network management and satisfaction being the key point of contact between KOL and the marketing team
Drive site selection to be used for evidence extraction and claim validation

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Deep clinical domain knowledge, Health Economics, product knowledge, regulatory standards
Previous experience managing large number of customer sites/ interaction
Bachelor Degree; Master preferred; 10+ years of relevant experience
10+ year background or expertise in product or solution launches in healthcare
10+ year background or experience in product and/or brand leadership roles in healthcare – device, informatics or pharmaceutical industries
Channels and content strategy background and delivery
Forward thinking and ability to anticipated customer and markets needs
Conceptual thinker and able to synthesize conceptual thinking to operational functions
Team builder and able to influence peers and internal stakeholder’s despite of reporting lines
Strategic thinker with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable and able to thrive with ambiguity while managing critical stakeholders
