Philips Solutions Marketing Strategist in Cambridge, Massachusetts

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Solution Marketing Manager is responsible for building the justification, approach and execution map for new and existing segments. This includes new segment entry strategy, commercial changes/standardization and significant offer changes for existing segments. The role reports to the head of marketing and is a linking pin for innovation, product marketing, finance, operations and sales.

You are responsible for

Marketing Intelligence

• Record of truth for market sizing, market share, segment performance & profitability

• Monthly Intel on industry/near competitor moves

• Monthly Intel on consumer competition commercial changes

New segment strategic analysis and positioning

• Based on input from head of marketing or SMM, uses market Intel and industry trends to develop proposals for strategy in new segment, offering or commercial change

• Proposes solution based on existing product portfolio, partners, and available technology

Solution marketing and modelling

• In collaboration with head of marketing or SMM, establishes value proposition, processes/standardization, and capabilities needed to address commercial change, new offering or market segment

• Models goals from existing baseline such as target cost per acquisition, RMR, customer LTV

• Strategic level proposals to MT for resource allocation needed to enable execution

You are a part of:

Home Monitoring Business Unit

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of 7 years of experience and knowledge in healthcare, home care and/or tele-health industry

• Understanding of operational challenges in hospitals, IDNs and home care around aging patients

• Strategy, market modelling or financial modelling experience helpful

• Ideal candidate has knowledge of US medical coding

• Experience launching services with partners is preferred
