Philips Sales, Regional Sales Manager - Philips Lifeline (Western Canada) in Canada - Home Based, Ontario

Job Description:

We are in search for a Regional Sales Manager to provide leadership and sales strategy to the Western Region for Philips Lifeline Canadian Community Development Field Sales team in Philips Lifeline.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Achieve LLC One Source sales objectives by providing leadership to the Regional field sales organization (LCRs), and inspiring continued sales process improvements for sales visits and group presentations to a wide range of health care professionals, community organizations, and directly to potential subscribers.

  • Ensure that Core Strategies are understood and implemented by our staff in order to achieve the department goals.

  • Maximize available resources, which include Financial and Departmental (Home Service Representative Management, Regional Development Managers, Marketing, Direct Sales and others) when necessary to optimize activations and improve processes, in relation to Field sales effectiveness.

  • Achieve Regional objective for Senior Living

To succeed in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing or related area

  • At least 5 years of Sales Management experience, preferably within the Healthcare field

  • Strong Leadership & coaching skills to enable staff perform at a higher level

  • Functional competency with MS Office.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with an ability to inspire.

  • Understanding data and ability to turn it into actionable information.

  • Has ability to work independently and with the team members at all level.

  • Good understanding of the Healthcare industry, in particular with Aging in Place strategies

  • Understanding of community social, health services, and the Canadian health care system in general for the provinces in the region.

  • Ability to track record of achieving business development objectives and revenue targets

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, displaying an effective business demeanor
