The Marketing Project Manager will be the point person responsible for on-time, and successful planning, delivery, and execution of all Commercialization and Go To Market activities for all New Product Innovation (NPI) projects and Marketing Strategy execution. The Project Manager will engage in the NPI process prior to launch and will manage all non-project / non-product development activities. These activities will include but will not be limited to coordination and management of all pre-launch and post-launch activities intended to support Marketing, Selling, Implementation, and servicing the product/solution. The Project Manager will manage and coordinate the activities of cross functional, intra-, and inter- Business Unit and Business Group personnel. The Commercialization Manager may, dependent upon the program needs, interact with and coordinate with Customers.

Ability to plan and organize complex projects
Ability to lead cross functional, cross BU/BG, and cross geography projects
Ability to interact with customers
Go to Market planning and execution - product, project, and Sales, Marketing, and Services activities
Launch planning and execution - product, project, and Sales, Marketing, and Services activities
Soft launch and hard launch strategies
Marcom and Marketing Customer proof point and business case creation
You are a part of:
Hospital Respiratory Care
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Device capital equipment for hospital use
Minimum 5 years of Program Management experience in Medical Device capital equipment for hospital use
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer facing project or program management role in Medical device capital
Equipment in a hospital setting - including but not limited to any of; implementation manager, customer service manager, customer project manager, marketing lead, etc.
Must have experience with commercialization of new products and new product launches in Medical Device capital equipment for hospital use
Must have experience with go to market planning and execution in Medical Device capital equipment for hospital use
Must have strong understanding of Medical Device quality and regulatory processes and policies
Field Services experience a plus
