In this role, you have the opportunity to
Coordinate the demand worldwide for the Hospital Respiratory Care (HRC) business, in agreement with the market, general manager and financial controller. Your efforts allow Philips to maximize revenue, manage the market demand and consolidate factories, so they can plan and achieve the forecast.
You are responsible for
Designing the format and goals of the S&OP meetings, including pre-meeting preparation, agenda, required participants, escalation and resolution process and expected outcomes.
Driving expansion of revenue planning horizon with the business and market and understanding financial plan at the Product Family level.
Facilitating Executive S&OP meetings and driving improvement in forecast (Sales, Supply Chain, and Consensus) plans.
Providing functional expertise in business processes across S&OP, demand and supply planning and inventory optimization.
Working with supply and demand SMEs to streamline and optimize existing demand forecasting and supply planning processes, across SKUs & geographies.
Leading large, cross- functional project teams, including continuous improvement activities.
You are a part of
The Monitoring and Analytics (MA) & Therapeutic Care Supply Chain OPS Logistics business group, within the Connected Care business cluster. The Connected Care business is bringing together monitoring and therapeutic devices, software and services to create smart solutions to deliver on the quadruple aim of value-based healthcare (improved health outcomes, improved patient experience, improved staff satisfaction and lower cost of care). You will report to the Director of Site Operations.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree (REQUIRED)
8+ years of experience in an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) environment
8+ years managing complex financial analysis and modeling
Advanced analytical, problem solving, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, business acumen and technical knowledge (including ERP systems, SAP preferred)
Experience within a regulated environment (Medical Device preferred)
Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to consolidate complex data and formulate into sound recommendations to drive business decision making
APICS CPIM and/or CSCP Certification (preferred)
