Philips Sales Application Specialist Computed Tomography - South Italy in Casalnuovo Di Napoli, Italy

In this role, you have the opportunity to

be the ambassador of Philips HealthTech ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets. Responsible for creating and delivering clinical education and consultancy services to meet the demands of our customers, for both new (i.e. installation) and existing products owned by the customer.

You are responsable for

  • Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, instruments, tools and organizational skills to support them in maximizing our business and opportunities

  • Supporting the commercial presence for customer facing events to generate new leads/prospects, in order to maintain good insight in the market and be able to optimize the support

  • Receiving, registering, and providing clinical service support to the requests or problems coming in from all channels and communicates solutions or actions, acting in accordance with our regulatory guidelines. Solutions are provided both remotely or onsite - walking clinicians through particular procedures, assisting remotely and offering guidance on optimizing the system clinically. This role handles complaints (safety & non safety related) & escalations to ensure accurate and timely analysis, registration and action.

You are a part of

The marketing team and you will be primarily point of contact and “go to” resource for sales teams pre-quote and post-sales support.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Graduate degree level as radiographer or equivalent

  • Prior experience in Computed Tomography clinical activities required.

  • Prior experience of min. 2-3 years in customer facing role within a medical business required

  • Fluent English required in addition to local language.

  • Strong interpersonal/networking and communication skills

  • Customer oriented attitude

  • Presentational and organizational skills
