In this role, you have the opportunity to

driving solution consulting service business in Greater China, and the role is marketing support function. Consulting service business is to create new solutions and new business model focusing on healthcare industry by building up ecosystems and strategic business partners in IT, IOT, medical device and equipment et

You are responsible for

  • Achieved the assigned quota in responsible region and business progress reviewed by biweekly

  • Directly communication with customers in healthcare, and proactively find out together with customers about the pain points that customers had along with their development course and create solutions and new business model to solve customers’ problem.

  • Have the capability to communicate with C-level customers

  • Have the knowledge and knowhow in healthcare industry and especially in medical imaging, Health Big Data and Analytics, Healthcare IT

  • With innovative and creative mindset, and proactively design the solutions regarding the pain points of the customers by consisting of Consulting service, Modalities, IT systems, Professional service on research.

  • Have the high capability of PPT and high performance on presentation of integrated solution to customers and win their confidence on Philips solution

  • Have the high capability of workshop facilitation and organization, and concentration of attentions of participations.

  • Have high capability of communication and pain point finding and problem analyzation.

  • Have strong execution capability and result orientation

  • Strong communicate and cooperation with local sales team and co-find and grow solution funnels

  • Closely and proactively cooperation and collaboration with departments of Modality and IT systems, and co-strength work together to push and grow solution business

  • Proactively cooperation with KOL and relevant associations

  • Build good relationship with sales team and proactively train sales team with the solution related knowledge and skills

  • Proactively cooperation and collaboration with departments within ISC and support each other to achieve the success of ISC in Greater China

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 10-15 years experience in medical equipment or informatics in healthcare industry

  • Have strong consulting capability and execution capability and result orientation.

  • Have the knowledge and knowhow in healthcare industry and especially in medical imaging, Health Big Data and Analytics, Healthcare IT

  • Very good communication skill and organization capability and analyzation capability
