In this role, you have the opportunity to
Manage IGT solution portfolio and create solution roadmap. You will execute Go to Market approach for IGT solutions in alignment with China market business and overall solution strategy and work with the BMMS to ensure perfect and flawless new solution launch.
You will be responsible for solution selling tools creation, delivers training to all the solution sales, and support the solution capability build up in the market organization. You will work closely with global IGT solution category to ensure the global solution strategy to be deployed in China market.
You are responsible for
Solution Creation and New Solution Introduction
Solution packages and configuration creation based on Philips existing products ad professional services in the corresponding solution –ology domain
Work closely with BMMs on solution pricing and arrange regular price review
Work closely with global solution team to bring and land global new solutions into China market, meanwhile, update on China solution progress to global solution VBUs
Work closely with professional service team, strategy & partnership team, solution architect team, and Research on new solution developments based on market and customer needs
Develop new solution business models, design pilot programs and lead pilot program execution
Create solution market landscape and build solution market intelligence by working closely with HS strategy and Philips MI team
Prepare and execute solution promotion plan
Solution selling tools development and deployment
Deal based solution proposal and configuration review, quotation and approval
Gate between Solution Sales and Deal hub on solution special price application and approval
Solution competitor analysis and define competition strategy
Collect and feedback market needs and customer requirements to solution strategic marketing team on new solution development
Solution performance tracking and MPR preparation, support solution cadence review
Solution training to regional front-line sales
You are a part of
Health System business team. You will base in Chengdu, report to Senior Director, IGT business.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University level education and with a minimum of 10 years’ marketing or commercial experience in healthcare domain
Experience in developing talent and skills development programs
Experience in leading Marketing in complex organizations and/or experience in managing the commercial function in a large, complex organization.
Experience in change management, as it relates to the culture and mind set of a complex organization, including capabilities building, process design, ownership and implementation
Proven record of accomplishment as (senior) leader in a large global matrix organization with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
