Supporting Transfer price manager in
L3 - Preparation of EBIT Dashboards for various business units & Countries(L1) , Deep-dive analysis on financials of markets/DCs and summarize the impact of Transfer price changes (L2) , Recommendation on Corrective actions to be taken on change of transfer prices ensuring principles of transfer pricing - Arms length, Fair share of profit.
L2/L3 - Calculation of Cost plus markups and Market Minus Factors for products/materials per market-Business, co-ordinating with market/Regional tax managers on MMF%, Presenting a proposal to Global Head of Transfer pricing at ORU-BU with optimal MMF%, Explain the business cases and obtain signoff for application.
L2/L3 - Calculation of True-ups on annual basis, Presentation of it to the review of Global Head of Transfer pricing, Finalization of the same and working with 3rd party vendor to post them in the books of accounts, Monitoring the posting process, Reconciliation of notes at ORU-BU level
L2 - Identifying the variances, outliers with reasons for such changes in Internal invoice prices (IIP) and gaining necessary business reasons for explanation to Group Tax - Global Head of Transfer pricing.
L3 - As an SME, Working on Transfer pricing framework & models for the business acquisitions, New Business models, Business transformation projects, design, development & deployment of TP tools for the same.
Preparation of reports in transfer pricing related to Month end Close process
L2 /L3 : Ad-hoc analysis in movement of transfer prices of materials/products across various legal entities and handling queries related to that.
L1 - Execution of ICS controls related transfer pricing
Understand the technical flow within SAP modules for transfer prices and interfaces from other systems outside of SAP.
Reviewing interfaces between multiple systems to ensure smooth data flow in transfer prices.
Perform manual uploads for new materials/products which is not available in system – Weekly, Monthly
Maintaining up-to date transfer price list for all materials & finished goods in system for invoicing
Reaching out to various stakeholders for missing values in master data – Working closely with SAP Tech support team, Transfer price Manager, Pricing team and Head of Transfer pricing to resolve issues on a timely manner.
Qualified or Semi Qualified CA/CMA or qualified MBA with atleast 10 years of experience.
Working experience in Transfer pricing is Must – preferably in a mfg. company
