Job Title: Regional Trade Shopper Marketing Manager
Job location: Chennai (Will be responsible for entire south region)
Reports to: Head Trade Shopper Marketing
You are responsible for
Develop, implement, maintain and improve trade marketing tools, allocate the necessary budget and guard the service level agreements with the supplier, in order to be able to gather distribution and sales information or to get incentive programs in place.
Define the objectives, the activity plan and the budget (incl. MarCom deliverables) for the appointed channels, taking into account the business plan and marketing strategy.
Define and formulate observations and recommendations for new activities through analysis of sales data and through monitoring the success of the trade marketing activities
Initiate and realise local or regional trade marketing actions and promotions on the basis of the recommendations, in consultation with business management and marketing communications, in order to optimize stock levels in the chain, to stimulate sales-out and loyalty of the distribution channel.
Initiate activities to expand the seller base, so to increase the channel coverage and market penetration and gain market share.
Joint responsibility for Market Share development, topline and profitability for all Male Grooming propositions.
Drive brand preference, drive conversion and increase in house share.
Responsible for developing a Local Shopper Activation Plan and a category vision for relevant channels.
Closely cooperate with Key Account Managers in the Market to realize sales targets at key customers.
Managing, tracking, and evaluating the budget to deliver effectiveness for in-store activation, both on- and offline.
Owning instore and online excellence processes to drive brand preference, increase conversion and basket size.
Developing and executing integrated management framework of attracting, training, motivating, and retaining promoters and merchandisers.
Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN
