You are responsible for

Job Summary

Developing , maintaining and improving relations with a limited number of accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier. You will be responsible for initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group. Creating an account plan for each account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group. Creating and implementing action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips. Driving the performance of the functions in the account team to get it done. Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops, maintains and improves relations with a limited number of key-accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier

  • Drive end-user engagement (i.e. Radiology, Cardiology, PoC, OBGYN etc.) within SKAM accounts via efforts such as clinical workshops, pro-active demos; webinars etc.

  • Proactively formulate and implement Ultrasound marketing campaigns/ initiatives to create stronger mindshare for Philips, within end-users.

  • Initiates and coordinates all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group

  • Systematically analyzes and reports sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement

  • Achievement of pre-defined sales volumes and profit goals as per AOP for all modalities

  • Gain and maintain market information and knowledge in order to build market share

  • Responsible for creating mutually beneficial outcomes by helping our customers differentiate themselves and grow their businesses while maintaining acceptable profitability for company

  • Comprehensive mapping of all account stake holders and their priorities

  • Collaborate with internal / external stake holders on a regular basis to create opportunities and build a strong relationship to expand the business opportunities

  • Responsible for maintaining the account forecast in SFDC

You are a part of

The Ultrasound team, the fastest growing category within Philips Health System portfolio, where you will get a chance to work with a diverse multi-functional team. You will report to the Business Head, Ultrasound and will be collaborating closely with other SKAM’s and Ultrasound private sales team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A Master’s degree with over 6+ years of experience

  • Strong domain knowledge in Ultrasound

  • Willingness to travel as the job demands extensive traveling (3 days a week)

  • Excellent collaboration skills and stakeholder management

  • Solutions Oriented mindset
