Key elements of this role include:
Providing thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to the LSP C-suite key stakeholders
Leading the development of new opportunities in Clinical Operations Center (CLOC), eICU, NICU and Home Health
Engaging the HealthSuite Labs team in planning for and executing Co-Create Workshops as part of value creation business development process
Working with the Market Innovation team and BU development teams to engage them in customer innovation programs
Working with the Account Executive and other Philips team members to execute a business development plan using a consulting framework
Identifying and developing consulting opportunities for a broad range of HTS offerings
Overseeing and managing LSP business development and growth in assigned LSP accounts/geography
Highly effective collaboration both across Philips and with customer executive management to build interest and value proposition for both sides
Managing, facilitating and monitoring communications and activities of diverse teams within Philips and building effective relationships with key leaders
Leading through competency and influence; it is essential to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders across both the client and broader Philips organizations You are part of: The Client Partner, Long Term Strategic Partnerships (LSP) position is responsible for driving a consultative approach to expanding current LSPs and developing new LSP agreements through collaboration and teamwork with the LSP BDs and AEs. You are responsible for:
Actively leading the identification and qualification process of potential LSP consulting opportunities
Working closely with the LSP Business Development team, eICU, NICU, Connected Care/Clinical Operations Center (CLOC), and Population Health team members to support early engagement of customers in qualification of opportunities and account development activities
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the project status and activities for LSP consulting opportunities
Provide subject matter expertise on LSP offerings/business models
LSP opportunity development tracked and managed in the sales funnel
Managing multiple/complex project work streams, analysis of client business/financial needs, and client management
Being a subject matter expert for healthcare provider clients and part of a collaborative cross-solution project team. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
15+ years of experience in healthcare provider consulting, business development, sales and customer account management with demonstrated experience in working with senior healthcare executives and clinical leaders
Experience working with large integrated delivery systems, multi-hospital systems, and university health systems
Knowledge of medical device technology, clinical delivery models and healthcare management principles
Knowledge of various radiology modalities (i.e., MR, CT, PET, AMI, Ultrasound, IGT) preferred
Knowledge of critical care operations (i.e., eICU, NICU) preferred
Knowledge of hospital operational throughput and patient flow management preferred
Knowledge of oncology, cardiology, respiratory therapy, and emergency department domains preferred
Knowledge of healthcare informatics, connected health and population health preferred
Experience in marketing, strategy or early-state business management
Ability to effectively lead diverse, cross-functional teams and individuals that include both Philips and client stakeholders
Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to lead individuals and teams through change
Knowledge of financial and accounting mechanisms, preferably with direct experience in systems currently used by Philips (e.g., Salesforce)
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate on operational and financial performance
Proven experience and ability working in matrix organizations
Impeccable oral and verbal communications and presentation skills
