Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Philips challenges you to use your work experience on generator and technical skills to be the advanced electrical engineer in the development of new NPI generator and product maintains. In Philips business line Image Chain organization, the position has design responsibility on High voltage TANK design of CT and Surgery medical system to ensure that product programs achieve all design objectives required to meet customer and business needs, including feature and functionality, quality, reliability, serviceability, manufacture-ability, regulatory and cost。

You are responsible for

  • Capability for concept design of high voltage TANK

  • Detailed design and calculation of high voltage TANK which including high frequency transformer, electro-magnetic components and relevant supporting circuit.

  • Perform electromagnetic field simulation and insulation design

  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and documenting which is for integration with sub-systems

  • Support subsystem development of verification activity and execution

  • Support manufacture team to maintain the LCM product

You are a part of

A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the S r. Manager, Imagine Chain , with Cross functional team as your key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or above degree focus on high voltage engineering;

  • More than 5 years in electronics design experience, independent development of medical equipment experience preferred.

  • Master high voltage electric field and magnetic field simulation;

  • Familiar with high voltage test method and devices, has high voltage test scheme design capability;

  • Familiar with insulation material performance, master the design method of overvoltage insulation coordination;

  • Familiar with high voltage components and measurement method;

  • Master analog circuit design;

  • Prefer practical knowledge with power supply design simulation tools (Pspice, Matlab, etc.)

  • Experiences and knowledge on PCB layout design

  • Knowledge on quality assurance design, e.g. de-rating, reliability.

  • Good communication skill, fluent in English, has the ability to write and translate professional information;

  • Coordination and team work. Willing to accept the challenge task /good at studying new knowledge
