In this role, you have the opportunity to help our customers to
maximize the value of Philips IGT-Devices (Volcano) products in their working environments and increase adoption of clinically useful technologies in China.
You are responsible for
Responsible for achieving sales targets and growing imaging and physiology adoption in the assigned territory.
Assist in advancing disposable product revenue and market position consistent with regional and company goals.
Provide primary clinical support and education to customers.
Assist in disseminating clinical product information to customers.
Assist in the development and execution of hospital staff training programs.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships by interfacing with customers, including hospital physicians, clinical personnel, as well as training, research and administrative staff.
Work with business partners to assist with market development & technology adoption.
Interface with Asia Pacific team members to quantify needs and to provide market share information and company product feedback to management.
Process and monitor product complaints per company procedures.
Monitor and report on new market trends.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Education Level and Related Academic Major:
Mandatory Technical Experience, Knowledge and/or Certification
3+ years experience in hospital environment, preferably cardiology or vascular surgery
Medical doctor / nurse / technologist
Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong technical knowledge; be able to use computers and software effectively as well as help the customer troubleshoot and resolve issues when challenges arise
Experience with cardiovascular or peripheral vascular medical devices
Ability to get accurate local market data (hospital procedure volumes, market share, etc.)
Mandatory Personal Skills
Ability to collaborate and communicate with team members, customers, and business partners
Ability to represent the Company at professional functions in a competent manner
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to maintain confidentiality
