Philips Senior Sales Representative, Ultrasound in Chongqing, China
Meet SW1 target
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support the US sales target achievement, Philips existence, customer satisfaction, dealer enhancement.
You are responsible for
To achieve the target: annual OIT, Sales target, market share
To take part in important case selling and win: Philips brand value, leadership, communication with customer, acquire and feedback customer and competitors’ info and needs, spot dealer cooperation
To do dealer support/review: monthly review based on the performance and target, case analysis and push, dealer training, Seminar, dealer annual appraisal
To increase market coverage, penetration: customer call of responsible area, handle and feedback customer info and issues, call customer at key purchase point
To follow up dealer business operational processes order entry process: tender document preparing, contract summary, dealer purchase contract, dealer payment, shipping info, installation, help to get Handover & Acceptance.
To well communicated with related dept.: co-team, service, marketing, logistic team to run business smoothly and successfully.

You are a part of
US Sales team
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Over 3 years’ sales experience in healthcare; Bachelor degree or above;
Good knowhow of Ultrasound market;
Good communication and selling skills;
Channel management ability;
Good English ability.
