Philips IGT-D Lead Management, Regional Sales Manager will serve as the strategic leader on all objectives in building and sustaining a premier winning regional sales team. You will attract, retain, and develop a team of peak sales performers who execute with strategic clarity and live our shared values.
You are part of:
Reporting to the Sales Vice President, the Regional Sales Manager leads all sales activity for the product portfolio within an assigned region. Directs the region’s Sales Team and works cross-functionally with other internal Philips departments to maximize sales efforts.
You are responsible for:
Coach, lead, support, direct, and coordinate the activities of the region.
Coach clinical sales excellence around all facets of the business model.
Identify, coach, and drive new business development opportunity around all facets of the business model.
Develop actionable regional sales and territory support plans, by account, by Teammate, through implementation of a business-planning format.
Lead routine analysis of financial reports and sales analytics, monitor rolling performance relative to all measurable targets. Forecast monthly revenues by device product group, rolling quarterly forecasts, inspection of forecasts with consistent coaching accuracy within the region.
Regional sales oversight for new account development, and related capital equipment sales cycles, to improve the region’s achievement of unit and revenue goals. Develop quotations and coach presentations to achieve sales forecast for new account development opportunity.
Maximize Teammate and Customer propensity around all products for use within the Philips Lead Management product portfolio, with on-label appropriate indications for treatment, through representation, training, clinical education, and in-service activities within the accounts.
Maintain and coach clinical proficiency to the degree that Teammates and Customers are capable of standing cases in a competent manner, with ability to communicate appropriately the safety and efficacy of all products within the Philips Lead Management product portfolio.
Develop influential communication and mentoring skills that improve the ability to generate Customer interest in and the use of the Philips Lead Management product portfolio, and associated indications for treatment.
Regional incorporation of successful introduction of new products, identify and coach continuous education around the procedure, indications for treatment, and associated engagement to all customer partners within the region.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
3-7+ years as a Manager in Medical Device Sales
Four-year degree required. Applicable advance degree preferred (MS or MBA)
Shown leadership in mentoring and personnel development abilities
Experience in new business development, and mentoring long term strategies
Experience in Therapy Awareness Outreach & HCP Education Initiatives
Ability for overnight travel 50-75%
