In this role, you have the opportunity to become a part of the Philips Credit & Collections team for Latin American Region.
You are responsible for
Collections for international customers and manage order releasing.
Customer portfolio performance
Organize, support and develop account receivable process
Establish, implement, and maintain an effective delinquency control and follow-up program for all customer accounts that are late, delinquent, potentially delinquent, or written-off
Execute the collection process for defined strategic customers
Perform remaining enabling Order to Cash activities
Follow up on relevant queries and solving escalations from sectors
Implement improvements in the process
You are a part of
The credit & collections team is responsible for cash collections, risk management and credit control activities with key business leaders. The international and diverse team is working close together with the finance directors, sales- and operations- teams of all Philips organizations.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance &/or administration.
Relevant collection experience
Experience with international clients
Strong communication skills
Take ownership in the collections process
Have experience in creating update reports
