Philips Collections Assistant in Ciudad de Panama, Panama

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be part of the Philips Collections team.

Your responsibilities

  • Attend daily calls from our customers and manage credit card processing.

  • Identify and transfer calls from customers to other team members within the Collections organization.

  • Ensure accurate and reliable information is provided to customers.

  • Answer and manage customer emails for our valuable key customers in order to address common questions and inquires.

  • Initiate process improvements ideas.

The credit & collections team is part of the Philips Global Business Services organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • High School Degree. University is desirable, preferable in accounting, finance or administration

  • Fluent in English (conversation and excellent writing skills)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Intermediate Excel knowledge

  • SAP knowledge, preferred

  • Collections, Finance and customer service professional experience

  • Experience with Customer Service

  • Eager to achieve excellent results
