As HRBP LATAM you will be responsible for implementing and executing our people strategy together with the management team in Latin America along with the deployment of key HR policies and processes within the assigned populations. You will additionally guide the delivery of the HR strategy, based on a shown understanding of both HR processes and organization’s needs drive the focus areas for the function. You will work with multiple executive clients in our offices in Panama and collaborate with all other parts of HR CoE in the overall HR delivery model in the site.
Understand the business situation of the market, have a clear overview of people situation to support business needs. Provide dedicated consultation to the main market leaders on possible issues where talent management expertise can be utilized to improve the performance of the business results.
Work together with business leaders to continuously improve ways of working to ensure efficiency.
Facilitate organization change initiatives and provide consultation and coaching to people managers to increase sense of responsibility for and capability in using internal tools and processes effectively, including workforce planning, performance management, engagement, development, and retention.
Implement effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change, e.g. acquisition, internal growth, restructurings, leadership acceleration to improve team effectiveness.
Dedicated consultation and input to managers, supervisors and employees on issues where human resources expertise can improve business results including performance management and employee development.
Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and support regional capabilities development with HR interventions and programs.
Works and collaborates with HR CoE’s to ensure consistent HR guidelines and practices across client groups and sites.
Coach, support and facilitate the development of senior managers in people management and manager self-service.
Lead compliance of all laws, employment practices and company policies.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles in a dynamic and fast pace organization is required.
Ability to lead multiple projects successfully in a changing environment.
You should have experience in working with senior management, experience in driving HR plans and providing solutions; ought to have shown experience in performance management, talent management and change management.
Extremely results driven
Excellent verbal and written communication in English is required. Portuguese is a Plus.
Bachelor's degree required and MBA preferred.
